Commercial Specialists of Southern Colorado, LLC, is located in Colorado Springs, Co.  Commercial Specialists, Inc. in Grand
Junction and Commercial Specialists of Western Colorado, located in  Eagle, Co. are also part of the family of companies providing
products & services to more than 75% of Colorado.  The philosophies of all three companies are the same with regard to servicing our
customers.  Our commitment is to excellence in Service and unquestionably standing behind all work we perform.
 

The Manufacturers:

 
       Commercial Specialists is an Authorized Distributor for Notifier, Fire Lite, Dukane, Wheelock, Bose, Bosch and other
Industry leaders..  Notifier and Dukane alike are world leaders in the Fire Alarm and Communications
         industries respectively.   Our long relationship with Notifier has earned us the distinction in Colorado Springs
 as the only Authorized Integrated Systems Distributor in Southern Colorado.   With products ranging from
Single Zone Fire Alarm Control Panels to Addressable Multiplex Systems to Local Area (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
Dukane, in addition to Communications products, provides products ranging from Nurse Call & Intercom systems, to Paging and
Professional Sound Systems.  CSSC also represents Manufacturers for Security & CCTV.
 

Integrated Systems:

 
            To effectively address complex issues such as facilities with Life Safety and Security Systems from different Manufacturers, and
the need to monitor these systems simultaneously, Notifier Integrated Systems was created.  The OnyxWorks Network
is a High End Integration System for low voltage  building systems  with a single graphical user interface.
  The OnyxWorks Network offers a simple solution to integrating diverse multiple building systems
 into a unified platform that's easy and inexpensive to operate.  Some of the systems typically integrated include
Fire Alarm, Security, CCTV, Access Control, Lighting and Environmental Monitoring.
 
Services:
 
         CSSC provides 24/7 service for all systems we sell.  We also offer Maintenance, Monitoring, and Inspection agreements for
virtually all brands of Fire Alarm and Communications Equipment.  This includes Notifier, FireLite, Simplex, Pyrotronics, EST, Autocall,
Gamewell, Radionics, Fire Control Instruments, Silent Knight and others.  CSSC can provide design and installation services for all
systems.
 

Qualifications:

 
                  All of our Sales, Engineering, Service and Installation Personnel are Certified by the National Institute for Certification in
Engineering Technologies (NICET) in Fire Protection Engineering/Fire Alarm.  This includes several individuals holding the highest
Level of Certification attainable, (Level IV).  NICET Certification combined with our experience in the business means that we are experts
on the Codes that govern our business.  This gives us the ability to consult and perform designs for any application to be assured of its
compliance with the Local Authorities having Jurisdiction.  
 

Affiliations
 
All three companies are members of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) as well as the
Rocky Mountain Automatic Fire Alarm Association (RMAFAA).
Dean Doiron, Executive Manager for the Colorado Springs Office is an original member of the Fire Alarm Committee for
Colorado Springs as well as the Vice Chairman for the Colorado Springs Fire Board of Appeals.
